About the position

The Front Desk Sales Associate at 24 Hour Fitness is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales support to new and existing members. This role focuses on helping individuals start their fitness journey by offering memberships, fitness products, and services while fostering a welcoming and inclusive environment. The associate will engage with guests, manage leads, and contribute to member acquisition and retention efforts.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a genuine, authentic, and engaging guest experience tailored to their unique needs and interests.
• Execute the CARE sales model with each guest and share how 24 Hour Fitness' products/services can meet their fitness needs.
• Tour potential members through the club and showcase the facility, equipment, services, and amenities.
• Contact potential members by phone to invite them into the club.
• Manage and follow up on leads using the Lead Management System and a daily planner.
• Generate leads/new business through member promotions, referrals, and guest passes.
• Set appointments for leads effectively.

Requirements

• 1-2+ years of retail or fitness sales experience.
• CPR Certification required within 60 days of employment.
• AED Certification required within 60 days of employment.
