Responsibilities

• Greeting clients with a friendly and committed attitude.
• Explaining the benefits of massage.
• Selling the Personal Care Program.
• Scheduling appointments.
• Maintaining a clean and inviting studio.
• Answering the phone professionally and politely to ensure a flawless client experience.
• Participating in marketing campaigns, community events, and outreach efforts.

Requirements

• Must love people and engage with clients.
• Enjoy selling and conversing with people.
• Strong computer and data entry skills.
• Ability to effectively communicate with clients.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Exceptional phone etiquette and voice.
• Ability to work well with others and build customer and peer relationships.
• At least one year of sales and customer experience.
• Flexible work hours, including nights and weekends.
• Passionate about massage.
• Successfully pass a background check.

Nice-to-haves

• Previous spa experience is a plus.
• Experience with Mindbody or Millennium software is a plus.
