About the position

The Front Desk Sales Representative at Club Pilates is a part-time role focused on engaging with potential clients and closing sales for memberships, private training, and retail merchandise. The position emphasizes excellent customer service and aims to create a welcoming environment for both new and existing members. The Sales Associate plays a crucial role in the studio's success by being the first point of contact for members and prospects, ensuring a positive experience that encourages membership retention and growth.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to clients in person, on the phone and in email.
• Execute sales process of lead generation, follow up, and close.
• Conduct tours of the studio while establishing a relationship and targeting prospective members' needs and wants.
• Maintain acceptable level of personal sales production.
• Emphasize and enforce objectives of the studio as a fitness and wellness provider.
• Present available services to current or prospective members.
• Book quality appointments to achieve monthly sales quota.
• Participate in special events to promote the club.
• Assume responsibility for developing selling skills.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills required.
• Friendly and courteous demeanor in person, on the phone and in email.
• Goal-oriented with an ability to achieve sales in memberships, retail, private training, and teacher training.
• Ability to learn and use the Club Ready software system.
• Ability to stand or sit for up to 8 hours throughout the workday.
• Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
• Must communicate professionally and effectively to clients and colleagues.
• Trustworthy and maintains confidentiality.
• Must have excellent public speaking skills.
• Must have proficient computer skills.
• Access to reliable transportation.
