The Front Desk / Salon Receptionist, referred to as a Bartender at Drybar Woodlands, plays a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service in a fun and supportive environment. This position involves managing front desk operations, promoting a professional image, and ensuring a positive experience for clients while working collaboratively with the team.
Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations and greet clients as they arrive.
- Provide excellent customer service and promote a professional image.
- Operate the point of sale (POS) system efficiently.
- Handle retail and membership sales, earning commission on these sales.
- Maintain a pleasant and positive demeanor while working in a fast-paced environment.
- Solve problems and troubleshoot issues at the front desk.
- Multitask effectively during busy periods.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in customer service and a desire to provide amazing service.
- Strong communication skills and a professional presence.
- Self-starter with a leadership mentality.
- Ability to work at a sustained, fast pace for 6-8 hour shifts.
- Technical skills to operate a point of sale system.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
