Responsibilities

• Generate personal sales goals and assist members at the service desk.
• Hand out guest passes and promote center activities.
• Ask for referrals to generate leads.
• Book and confirm appointments via phone or internet.
• Conduct center tours and present membership rates.
• Ask for the sale and address any concerns from potential members.
• Schedule timely follow-ups with leads who have not yet joined.

Requirements

• 3 years of experience in retail sales, ideally in the fitness or wellness industry.
• Bachelor's degree in Sports Management, Business, Communication, Marketing, or equivalent preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Attention to detail and ability to listen effectively.
