The Front Desk/Social Media Manager position at our sports academy combines customer service responsibilities with social media content creation. Responsibilities

  • Greet parents and students in person, answering their questions regarding schedules and class offerings.
  • Handle incoming phone calls and assist with inquiries related to classes, membership, and more.
  • Create engaging content for our Facebook and Instagram accounts.
  • Capture in-the-moment photos and videos of classes or events to post on social media.
  • Design posts using tools like Canva, and manage a content posting schedule.
  • Collaborate with the owner to develop creative ideas to grow our social media presence and attract new families.
  • Assist with general administrative tasks as needed.
  • Provide support to parents and students, ensuring the facility operates smoothly.

Requirements

  • Friendly, professional demeanor with strong customer service skills.
  • Basic knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook) and an interest in creating content.
  • Comfortable using tools like Canva or other basic design software (training can be provided).
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
