Front Desk Studio Lead

About the position

As a Studio Lead at a Pilates studio, you will oversee front desk operations, ensuring a seamless check-in process for all clients. Your primary responsibility will be providing exceptional customer service by greeting clients warmly, answering inquiries, and managing appointment scheduling. You will also handle transactions, maintain a clean and welcoming studio environment, and support the team in delivering a positive, professional experience for every client.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients upon arrival and check them into their sessions.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs and resolving issues promptly.
• Answer phone calls professionally, providing information about classes and memberships.
• Manage and respond to email inquiries in a timely manner.
• Communicate with clients via text messages, confirming appointments and sending reminders.
• Post engaging stories and updates on the studio's social media platforms.
• Respond promptly to direct messages on social media regarding studio inquiries.
• Handle appointment scheduling for classes and private sessions, including cancellations and waitlists.
• Ensure the front desk area is neat, organized, and welcoming.
• Assist Pilates instructors and other studio staff with operational needs.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Previous experience in a customer-facing role.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and stay organized.
• Proficient in using computers and scheduling software.
• Comfortable answering phones and responding to emails professionally.
• Familiarity with social media platforms.
• Collaborative team player.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Maintain a clean, professional appearance and positive demeanor.
