About The Position
The Front Desk Supervisor at Western Wake Pediatrics is responsible for overseeing daily front desk operations in a pediatric primary care office. This role ensures a welcoming environment for families and patients, manages patient check-ins, verifies insurance information, handles payments, and coordinates scheduling to optimize patient flow. The Supervisor will also lead the front desk team in delivering excellent customer service and maintaining patient confidentiality.
