About the position

The Front Desk Guest Service Representative at WoodSpring Suites Addison is responsible for providing excellent customer service to guests during their stay. This part-time role involves greeting guests, managing check-ins and check-outs, and ensuring a smooth reservation process. Responsibilities

  • Greet guests and assist with check-ins and check-outs.
  • Register and assign rooms, issuing room keys/cards.
  • Transmit and receive messages, keeping records of occupied rooms and guest accounts.
  • Make and confirm reservations, presenting statements to departing guests and collecting payments.
  • May be required to do laundry and prep housekeeping carts.
