Responsibilities

• Provide five-star customer service to residents and guests in the front lobby area.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Demonstrate proficiency with office machines, including fax, copier, and multiline phone system.
• Dependable and reliable.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
