About the position

The Front Desk Clerk is responsible for ensuring guest satisfaction from arrival to departure at the resort. This role involves managing check-in and check-out processes, handling reservations, and providing concierge services while maintaining a high level of personalized service and professionalism.

Responsibilities

  • Register check-in guests and check-out guests.
  • Confirm pending reservations and answer direct phone calls and emails.
  • Handle credit cards and money; count cash drawer at the end of the shift.
  • Assist owners and guests with questions, problems, or concerns.
  • Provide directions to local points of interest.
  • Maintain a tidy operational workspace and area.
  • Learn and execute Front Desk functions as per the procedures manual.
  • Assist with special projects as assigned by the Supervisor.

Requirements

  • Must possess outstanding Customer Service Skills.
  • Ability to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced position.
  • Dependable and able to work without constant supervision.
  • Ability to apply common sense to solve practical problems.
  • Ability to interpret a variety of instructions in written, oral, or diagram form.
