Innova Solutions is seeking a skilled React Developer (Full Stack) to join our team on a contract basis. This role is pivotal in designing and developing a new application that will serve as the new Conflicts platform, utilizing Microsoft components. The ideal candidate will possess the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with team members, business analysts, management, and other technical staff to create complex applications, including ASP.NET websites. As a React Developer, you will participate in SCRUM for development efforts, contribute to departmental technical procedures, and assist in creating user guides. You will analyze requirements specific to the technical needs of the application, ensuring that quality, security, and compliance requirements are met. Your role will also involve developing simple technology solutions for complex business requirements, verifying program logic through automated unit test coverage, and participating in code and security peer reviews. Additionally, you will be involved in overall systems testing and the migration of platforms and applications to production. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in client-side scripting using React and JavaScript, as well as experience with jQuery, C# .NET, and Typescript. A solid foundation in web development, particularly programming and development in Microsoft ASP.NET, is essential for success in this role. This position is a contract role with a duration of 12 months, with the potential for extension. The work environment is hybrid, based in Charlotte, NC, allowing for a blend of in-office and remote work.
