About the position

The Front-End Consultant position at BCforward is designed for a highly motivated individual with technical development experience. The role focuses on utilizing various technologies to support marketing efforts and requires familiarity with software repositories and collaboration tools. This is a contract position expected to last over three months, with an immediate start date.

Requirements

• 2+ years of technical development experience
• Familiarity with software repositories and other technical collaboration tools
• Microsoft Office Suite skills (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Familiarity with integrating various technologies to support marketing efforts

Nice-to-haves

• Bachelor's/4-year University degree preferred; equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of degree
• Experience with JavaScript frameworks (React.js, Angular)
• Experience with CSS frameworks (Bootstrap, Foundation)
• Experience with CSS preprocessors (SCSS, Sass)
• BEM methodology knowledge
• Experience with data visualization libraries (D3.js preferred)
• Understanding of Agile methodology and experience in Workfront are preferred
