About the position
The Front End/Dept Leader at Ralphs is responsible for creating an outstanding customer experience through exceptional service while leading the front-end department. This role involves achieving performance goals, maintaining a safe and clean environment, and ensuring adherence to quality assurance standards. The leader will supervise all functions and activities within the department, driving sales and profit goals while embodying the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety.
Responsibilities
- Embrace the Customer 1st strategy to create an outstanding customer experience through exceptional service.
- Establish and maintain a safe and clean environment that encourages customer return.
- Achieve the Front-end performance goals and best practices.
- Drive the department in reaching sales and profit goals established for the department.
- Monitor all established quality assurance standards.
- Direct and supervise all functions, duties, and activities for the Front-end department.
- Responsible for the execution of best practices, goals, and established standards for the department.
- Demonstrate the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety.
Requirements
- Effective communication skills

- Ability to handle stressful situations
- Retail or Customer Service experience
