Fidelity Investments has an exciting Front End Developer - Accessibility Engineer opportunity. Responsibilities

• Analyze accessibility defects and promote accessible solutions.
• Conduct experience evaluations or audits for accessibility.
• Collaborate with agile teams to ensure accessibility standards are met.
• Communicate the importance of accessibility to team members and stakeholders.
• Prioritize and address accessibility issues effectively.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in Accessibility Testing.
• Experience in Web or Mobile Software Development.
• Quality Engineering experience.
• International Association of Accessibility Professionals (IAAP) Certification or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience conducting accessibility evaluations or audits.
• Solid understanding of Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG).
• Working knowledge of Axe semi-automated tools or equivalents.
• Familiarity with test automation tools such as Cucumber, Selenium, or Cypress.
• Experience working with agile teams.
