Your ability to communicate effectively with clients, including senior executives, will be essential as you address AEM-related issues and challenges. As a manager, you will not only lead project teams but also contribute to the preparation of client proposals and strategies aimed at winning new business. Your leadership will be instrumental in creating development opportunities for your team, including the rollout of training programs that enhance skills and improve client outcomes. Responsibilities

• Collaborate with design and development teams to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and experience.
• Translate business requirements and UX designs into high-quality code.
• Build reusable, user-facing features with AEM components for future use.
• Optimize components for maximum performance and responsiveness across a variety of web-capable devices and browsers.
• Ensure high-quality graphic standards and brand consistency.
• Evaluate, summarize, organize, and interpret data.
• Establish and cultivate business relationships and a professional network, including with senior executives.
• Translate and communicate AEM issues, risks, or challenges to client personnel, including executives.
• Lead and supervise teams, conducting performance appraisals, mentoring, and coaching team members.
• Participate in the preparation of client proposals and strategies to win new business.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in JavaScript web development, app development, AEM, or a related field, either in professional services or the digital industry.
• Demonstrated experience in understanding business requirements/UX design and translating them into technical requirements.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite applications, with specific emphasis on Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
