Protiviti is looking for a Front-End Developer specializing in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) to join our growing Digital team. As a Manager, you'll partner with our clients to solve complex business problems and provide impactful advice and solutions. You'll develop lasting relationships with client personnel and further these relationships through quality product delivery. You'll foster a network within the business community and serve as an ambassador of Protiviti in the market. You will also be a mentor, trainer, and coach to Consultants and Senior Consultants as you facilitate the successful completion of project work plans. In this role, you will collaborate with design and development teams to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and experience. You will be motivated to learn and interested in all things related to front-end application development, including the latest trends and developments. You will be passionate about building relationships with clients and providing exceptional experiences, while promoting a positive team culture that fosters open communication among all engagement team members. Additionally, you will create development opportunities for others, participate in the preparation of client proposals, and work with a diverse portfolio of clients across multiple industries.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with design and development teams to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and experience.
• Develop lasting relationships with client personnel and further these relationships through quality product delivery.
• Mentor, train, and coach Consultants and Senior Consultants to facilitate the successful completion of project work plans.
• Participate in the preparation of client proposals and strategies to win new business.
• Promote a positive team culture that fosters open communication among all engagement team members.
• Create development opportunities for team members, including training and improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
• 5+ years working in JavaScript web development, app development, AEM, or related field, either in professional services or the Digital industry.
• Demonstrated experience with understanding business requirements/UX design, validating feasibility, and translating them into technical requirements.
• Experience in translating designs and wireframes into high-quality code.
• Ability to build reusable, user-facing features with AEM components for future use.
• Experience in optimizing components for maximum performance and responsiveness across a variety of web-capable devices and browsers.
• Strong skills in ensuring high-quality graphic standards and brand consistency.
• Ability to evaluate, summarize, organize, and interpret data.
• Experience in establishing and cultivating business relationships and a professional network, including with senior executives.
• Ability to translate and communicate AEM issues, risks, or challenges to client personnel, including executives.
• Leadership and direct supervisory experience of teams, including conducting performance appraisals, mentoring, and coaching.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite applications with specific emphasis on Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
