About the position

As a Front End Developer at NTT DATA, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining high-quality web applications using Angular 14 and NodeJS. This role requires a strong understanding of Agile processes, particularly Scrum, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment. You will be involved in the entire software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering and design to implementation and testing. Your expertise in JavaScript and TypeScript will be crucial as you build responsive and user-friendly interfaces that consume REST APIs and integrate with backend services. In this position, you will leverage your experience with modern web technologies to create scalable and efficient applications. You will work closely with backend developers to ensure seamless integration of front-end and back-end components. Your role will also involve writing unit tests, integration tests, and end-to-end tests to ensure the quality and reliability of the applications you develop. Additionally, you will document API endpoints, including input parameters, responses, and error cases, to facilitate clear communication with other team members and stakeholders. Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain web applications using Angular 14 and NodeJS.
• Collaborate with backend developers to integrate front-end and back-end components.
• Write unit tests, integration tests, and end-to-end tests to ensure application quality.
• Document API endpoints, including input parameters, responses, and error cases.
• Participate in Agile processes, including Scrum and sprint planning.
• Consume REST APIs and build responsive user interfaces.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience with Angular 14+
• 3+ years of experience with NodeJS, Java, and Spring Boot
• 3+ years of experience with JavaScript/TypeScript in an Angular or React environment
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in a technology-related field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering) required.
• Strong analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with GraphQL
• Experience with NestJS or other large-scale Express frameworks
• Relational Database experience
• Experience writing or working with Microservices and Spring Boot
• Experience with testing tools like jUnit, Cucumber, and Selenium
