About the position

BCforward is seeking a highly motivated Front-End Developer (Angular) for a contract position in Jersey City, NJ. The role involves developing scalable web applications using Angular and related UI frameworks, with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions in the banking domain. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and the ability to work on multiple projects concurrently.

Responsibilities

• Develop scalable web applications using Angular and related UI frameworks.
• Work on design and develop scalable solutions using efficient Design Patterns.
• Handle non-functional requirements such as performance and SLA.
• Ensure high quality levels in all deliverables.
• Identify improvement areas within the application and implement changes.
• Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
• Adapt to team requirements and work on multiple projects concurrently.

Requirements

• 7+ years of overall experience in UI development.
• Expertise in Angular, HTML5, JavaScript, and CSS3.
• Strong understanding of Design Patterns.
• Experience in web application development using advanced HTML and JavaScript.

Nice-to-haves

• Knowledge of banking domain, preferably Global Markets, Financial Risk, Treasury.
• Experience with Ag-Grid, HighchartJS, NgRx, and Node.js.
