About the position

The position is focused on enhancing the digital experience for the VBG digital organization, which utilizes a combination of internal and external tools. The primary responsibility is to enrich business device launches, promotions, and plans within the Mybusiness portal and mobile app. The role requires ensuring that offers are displayed correctly on the portal, maintaining the correct user experience (UX) and copy. This involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure that promotional language is accurate and effective. Strong organizational skills are essential to manage various promotions and offers, as well as to work with leadership to prioritize which promotions should be highlighted. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in front-end digital portal experience, particularly with HTML scripting, and will be able to navigate the complexities of digital-first organizations effectively.

Responsibilities

• Enrich business device launches, promotions, and plans in Mybusiness portal and mobile app.
• Ensure offers display correctly on the portal with the correct UX and copy.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to get the correct promotional language.
• Organize different promotions and offers effectively.
• Work with leadership to prioritize which promotions get highlighted.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in HTML scripting.
• 5+ years of experience in digital-first organizations.
• Project management experience with strong organizational skills.
• 4 years of college education.

Nice-to-haves

• Mobile app experience is ideal but not required.
