As a Front-End Developer II at Lennar, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, documenting, and maintaining data sources across various website products, including virtual buying and selling platforms. Your primary focus will be on integrating these data sources with front-end applications, ensuring a seamless user experience. You will collaborate closely with the Product Management team and other stakeholders to develop new features and enhancements for the Lennar.com website, contributing to the overall digital strategy of the company. In this position, you will work alongside UI/UX designers and back-end developers to translate design concepts into functional and visually appealing web applications. Your expertise will be essential in delivering responsive and mobile-friendly applications that provide an exceptional end-user experience across various devices and screen sizes. You will also be responsible for defining and implementing best practices for front-end development, ensuring compliance and consistency in high-scale web environments. Your role will involve writing efficient and maintainable code using modern front-end technologies, including the React.js framework, TypeScript/JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and Google Maps. You will participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback to your team members to foster a culture of continuous improvement. Additionally, you will optimize web applications for speed and performance, utilizing server-side rendering to ensure fast loading times and smooth interactions.
