The Front End Developer III will be responsible for building and maintaining web applications and user interfaces using Angular, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS. This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and test new features and functionality. The developer will work closely with product owners and stakeholders to gather requirements and better understand user needs. Troubleshooting and debugging issues will be a key part of the role, ensuring the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications. The position offers the opportunity to stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in front-end development. To qualify for remote work, the selected applicant must reside within a reasonable commute to Fort Belvoir to provide urgent/ad-hoc support when required by the end client. The majority of work is conducted remotely during normal business hours, with approximately 10% of bi-weekly worktime required to be at the client's facility on Fort Belvoir, VA. This means that the developer will need to report to Fort Belvoir within a 2-hour window when necessary, which is estimated to be about 1 out of every 10 workdays.
