About the position

The Front End Developer Native & Swift UI position is a senior software engineering role focused on developing high-quality web and mobile applications for the client connected vehicle team at Subaru. The role involves collaboration with backend developers, business analysts, designers, and dev-ops engineers to create innovative solutions that enhance customer experience. This is a full-time onsite position located in Camden, NJ, with a duration of 9 months.

Responsibilities

• Develop high-quality web and mobile applications for client customers.
• Collaborate with backend developers, business analysts, designers, and dev-ops engineers to implement solutions.
• Translate product, UX, and UI requirements into code implementation.
• Engage proactively with teammates to brainstorm and solve problems creatively.

Requirements

• 6+ years' experience with React/React Native or Flutter.
• 8+ years developing high-volume, consumer-facing client applications.
• 4+ years building high-quality iOS applications.
• Proficiency in Modern JavaScript and TypeScript.
• Experience with Swift, SwiftUI, UIKit, Combine, and the iOS toolchain.
• Familiarity with iOS design patterns and Apple's Human Interface Guidelines.
• Knowledge of version control and CI/CD processes.
• Experience with unit and integration testing.
• Proficiency in Redux, Redux Toolkit, and RTK Query.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience building WatchOS apps and iOS widgets.
• Demonstrated contributions to apps in the App Store.
