As a Front End Developer at Pearl Care, you will play a crucial role in the development and enhancement of our in-house EMR and Revenue Cycle Management application. This application consists of various modules that interact with different entities both within and outside the organization. Your primary focus will be on building and improving our applications using React JS, ensuring that the front-end interfaces are not only functional but also user-friendly and efficient. You will collaborate closely with other team members who are working on different layers of the application, which requires a strong commitment to collaborative problem-solving and sophisticated design principles. In this role, you will be responsible for translating application user stories and use cases into functional application modules. You will design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code in React JS, .NET, C#, and VC++. Ensuring the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications will be a key part of your responsibilities. You will also be tasked with identifying bottlenecks and bugs, devising solutions to these problems, and developing new tools and modules that enhance the productivity of clinicians, ultimately improving the quality of patient care. Additionally, you will enhance various analytics software components to enable better revenue collection and stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends to provide efficient operational software solutions. Your work will also involve enhancing our current iOS and Android applications used by field personnel and physicians, adding new functionalities that improve patient care. Data modeling will be essential to ensure that the solutions you develop cover various business and operational scenarios. You will actively promote GUEST customer service standards and develop effective relationships at all levels of the organization, participating in team concepts and promoting a team effort while adhering to company policies and procedures. Regular and reliable attendance is required for this position.
