About the position

Optomi, in partnership with a leading Oil and Natural Gas company, is seeking a Front End Developer with strong experience in React to join an elite Agile team. This role involves developing world-class software within the Natural Resource industry, where the developer will play a critical role in the team's success while working in a collaborative and diverse environment focused on talent development and the latest technology.

Responsibilities

• Build clean, powerful and highly performant user interface components.
• Write clean, maintainable and reusable code that adheres to code standards.
• Write functional and unit tests to ensure the quality of products.
• Work with product managers, designers and backend engineers to define feature requirements, scope and business impact.
• Understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements.

Requirements

• 4+ years of demonstrable experience working with front-end technologies, preferably React.
• Experience with Redux style state management.
• Experience with HTML and CSS.
• Experience with Figma for UX Design.
• Experience with CI/CD is a plus.
