About the position

We are looking for a talented and passionate Frontend React Developer to help us take our projects to the next level. As a Frontend React Developer, you will play a crucial role in the development of our web applications. You will work closely with our design and backend teams to create seamless, responsive, and visually appealing user interfaces. Your expertise in React and frontend technologies will be key to delivering high-quality products that enhance user experience and satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain responsive web applications using React.js
  • Collaborate with designers to implement user interface designs
  • Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs
  • Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability
  • Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code
  • Troubleshoot and debug issues as they arise
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Frontend Developer with a strong portfolio of web applications
  • Proficiency in React.js and its core principles
  • Strong understanding of JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3
  • Experience with RESTful APIs and integrating frontend with backend services
  • Familiarity with modern frontend build pipelines and tools (e.g., Webpack, Babel, NPM)
  • Knowledge of version control systems, particularly Git
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • Located in College Park, Georgia, or willing to commute to the southern part of Atlanta

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with state management libraries (e.g., Redux, MobX)
  • Familiarity with testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Enzyme)
  • Knowledge of TypeScript
  • Experience with responsive design and cross-browser compatibility
  • Understanding of agile methodologies and workflows
