About the position

SYSTEMTEC is seeking a Front-end Developer with a strong foundation in coding practices, particularly in the Vue.js environment. The role involves creating and consuming REST APIs and requires experience in modern JavaScript frameworks such as Vue.js, Angular, or React. This is a hybrid position, requiring the candidate to be onsite at least quarterly in Columbia, SC.

Responsibilities

• Perform all phases of applications systems analysis and design.
• Prepare detailed specifications from which complex programs will be written.
• Design, code, test, debug, document and maintain programs.
• Connect to web services using Swagger (JSON) written in XML on the mainframe.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 4 years of application development experience, coding front-end APIs, or related experience.
• Experience with Vue.js, Angular, or React.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Bootstrap.
• Experience with Jenkins for code deployment.
