About the position

Responsibilities

• Develop high traffic marketing campaign websites.
• Utilize knowledge of Content Management Systems: Tridion, AEM.
• Utilize markup languages: HTML5, CSS3, Javascript, JQuery, and React.
• Create, document, and maintain custom CSS styling libraries and JS reusable components.
• Maintain accessibility by utilizing WCAG Accessibility Guidelines.
• Create and maintain technical and non-technical accessibility documentation.
• Conduct accessibility reviews using Axe devTools, Wave Web Accessibility Evaluation Tool, and manual tests.
• Design methodologies and tools to enhance user experience and usability.
• Translate UI/UX design wireframes to code.
• Utilize design tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InVision, and Figma.
• Provide technical advice and implementation for marketing campaigns.
• Coordinate development team efforts and technical strategy.
• Provide guidance on design and code standards, development best practices, ergonomics, user experience, and accessibility.
• Triaging and overseeing developer capacity and resourcing.
• Consult with internal and external agencies on digital page approaches.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems, Information Systems, or a foreign equivalent.
• Five (5) years of progressively responsible experience as a Front End Developer or a substantially similar position.
