About the position

Belvedere Trading is seeking a Front Developer to enhance user interfaces for trading systems. This role involves collaborating with traders and product owners to design and maintain high-performance trading applications, ensuring optimal user experience and software scalability. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development and a passion for innovative technology solutions.

Responsibilities

• Work and collaborate with Belvedere traders and product owners to come up with optimal solutions and best user interfaces for our end users
• Design extensible trading applications
• Maintain, support and troubleshoot critical trading applications
• Automate testing
• Work with team members to ensure that our software meets requirements and is testable
• Apply industry knowledge and technical skills in new and innovative ways
• Encourage the use of best practices throughout the development process
• Participate in code review

Requirements

• 5+ years of software development experience
• Strong skillset in web development
• Experience with React and Redux
• Experience with C# (.NET) and/or Java
• Experience with WPF a bonus
• Applies and holds high-quality standard for code and design
• Ability to deliver projects that are scalable, high-quality, and easy to understand in a timely manner
• Shows ownership through entrepreneurial spirit
• Great written and verbal communication skills
