As a Frontend Developer, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop, test, and enhance our web application, ensuring a seamless user experience. You will work closely with our design team and product development manager to continually enhance the robustness and user experience of our application. Your role will involve writing high-quality, pragmatic, readable, and testable code, ensuring future expandability. You will utilize testing libraries such as Storybook to test UI components and Cypress for comprehensive application testing to prevent regression bugs. Additionally, you will partner with the backend team to make informed technical decisions that improve application performance and participate in architectural design discussions to ensure our frontend infrastructure is scalable and maintainable. You will also provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement. Staying updated with the latest industry trends and emerging technologies will be crucial to ensure our application remains current and competitive. Lastly, maintaining clear and comprehensive documentation for code, processes, and best practices will be part of your responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Design and Product Teams to enhance the user experience of the application.
• Write high-quality, pragmatic, readable, and testable code for future expandability.
• Utilize testing libraries like Storybook and Cypress for UI component testing and application testing.
• Enhance application performance by partnering with the backend team for informed technical decisions.
• Participate in architectural design discussions to ensure scalable and maintainable frontend infrastructure.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers, fostering continuous learning and improvement.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and emerging technologies.
• Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation for code, processes, and best practices.

Requirements

• Proven Frontend Development Experience with a solid understanding of common technology stacks.
• Typescript proficiency with 3+ years of experience preferred.
• React and Redux expertise with 3+ years of experience preferred.
• Familiarity with consuming REST APIs.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on teamwork.
• Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Analytical mindset for problem-solving and development.
• Relevant education, preferably a degree in Computer Science or a related field.
