About the position

This position is for a front-end developer who will work in a hybrid model, spending one day a week in the office. The role involves developing and maintaining scalable front-end applications using React and related technologies, collaborating with a cross-functional team, and ensuring high performance and responsiveness of applications.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain robust, scalable front-end applications using React and related technologies.
• Collaborate closely with a small, cross-functional team to deliver projects from concept to completion.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-tested code, adhering to best practices.
• Optimize application performance for speed and responsiveness.
• Contribute to design and architecture decisions.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest front-end trends and technologies.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional front-end development experience.
• Expert-level proficiency in React and modern JavaScript.
• Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and accessibility standards.
• Experience with React-Redux for state management.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a small team.

Nice-to-haves

• Familiarity with full-stack development, especially Java and Spring Boot.
• Proficiency in TypeScript.
• Contributions to open-source React libraries or components.
