As a Front End Developer at Deksia, you will be responsible for the independent execution of web development projects, ensuring that you are always proactive in your approach. Your role will involve a commitment to continued growth in your skillset and efficiency, as well as diligent follow-up and follow-through on tasks and projects. You will work closely with the Creative team to effectively translate their web designs into user-friendly and accurate websites, while also proactively supporting and maintaining both Deksia's and clients' websites. With 2-4 years of experience in web development, you will have successfully built secure websites and will be actively improving your skills in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and WordPress. Your responsibilities will include performing preliminary and routine audits of websites and suggesting improvements based on your findings. You will also lead internal collaboration efforts and manage interns, fostering a productive and creative work environment.
