About the position

VTG is seeking a talented and experienced Front End Developer to join our dynamic and innovative team in multiple locations across the DC Metro Area. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to create visually appealing and intuitive user experiences through responsive web applications.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with design and development teams to create user-friendly web interfaces.
• Translate design concepts into responsive and interactive web applications using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility and optimize web applications for various devices and screen sizes.
• Implement and maintain web accessibility standards to ensure inclusivity.
• Test and debug web applications, identifying and resolving issues promptly.
• Use version control systems to manage codebase and collaborate effectively.
• Stay updated with the latest web development trends, tools, and best practices.

Requirements

• Active TS/SCI with Polygraph required.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience with React and/or other modern front-end libraries/frameworks.
• Strong knowledge of responsive web design principles.
• Familiarity with web development tools and build systems.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
