Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the design and development teams to create visually appealing emails.
• Execute appropriate mobile and dark mode responsiveness.
• Drive innovation in coding practices to streamline and optimize the execution of complex, dynamic email marketing programs.
• Assist in the maintenance of dynamically constructed email marketing systems.
• Stay updated with the front-end development trends, tools, and technologies.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues to improve user experience.
• Proof creative content, code integrity, and ADA compliance to maintain standards of accuracy and accessibility across email marketing campaigns.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Front-End Developer or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
• Proficiency with responsive design.
• Understanding of web performance optimization techniques.
• Knowledgeable of WCAG 2.1 ADA best practices.
• Understanding DRY and clean coding.
• Ability to adapt coding style.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage time efficiently and work on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with designers, developers, and other team members.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field is preferred.
