About the position

Gambling.com Group is seeking a Front End Developer to join their team in the fast-paced online sports betting and gambling industry. The role involves creating new web applications and enhancing existing tools, focusing on designing and implementing user-friendly web interfaces. The developer will work closely with designers and back-end developers to ensure seamless functionality and data consistency.

Responsibilities

• Transform mockups into responsive and interactive web interfaces and/or design these interfaces
• Work closely with back-end developers to integrate front-end components with server-side logic, ensuring data consistency and seamless functionality
• Utilize version control systems (e.g., Git) to manage codebase and collaborate effectively with the development team
• Identify and implement performance improvements to enhance the speed and responsiveness of web applications
• Stay up to date with emerging web technologies and trends

Requirements

• Hands-on professional experience in front-end web development
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Experience with JavaScript libraries and frameworks (React)
• Strong understanding of responsive web design principles
• Familiarity with UI/UX design principles and tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch)
• A passion for sports, particularly fantasy games or sports betting
