About the position

DMI is seeking an experienced Python Front-End Developer to design, develop, and optimize user interfaces for a new SaaS platform. This role involves collaboration with product managers, UX/UI designers, and backend developers to create scalable and responsive applications that enhance user experience, particularly in managing telecom expenses. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in front-end development using Python-based frameworks and modern JavaScript technologies.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop responsive, user-friendly, and performance-optimized front-end components for the new SaaS platform.
• Build the front-end using Python-based frameworks such as Flask or Django and integrate with modern front-end technologies like React, Vue.js, or Angular.
• Collaborate with the UX/UI team to implement clean, visually appealing, and intuitive interfaces, optimizing the user journey across devices.
• Work closely with backend developers to integrate front-end components with RESTful APIs and ensure smooth, efficient data flow between the frontend and backend.
• Ensure the application is optimized for scalability, performance, and responsiveness to handle increasing numbers of users and data.
• Perform thorough testing of front-end features, including unit testing, integration testing, and debugging to ensure code quality, stability, and security.
• Actively participate in Agile development processes, including sprint planning, standups, and retrospectives, and contribute to continuous improvement within the team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of experience as a Front-End Developer working on SaaS applications.
• Proficiency in Python for front-end development, particularly with frameworks like Flask or Django.
• Strong proficiency in modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Angular) for building dynamic and responsive user interfaces.
• Understanding of UI/UX design principles and experience collaborating with designers to create intuitive user experiences.
• Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs, ensuring smooth integration between front-end and backend services.
• Experience developing responsive web applications, ensuring cross-browser and cross-device compatibility.
• Proficiency in Git and working with collaborative development platforms such as GitHub or Bitbucket.
• Strong experience in writing and maintaining tests for front-end code.
