Responsibilities

• Develop high traffic marketing campaign websites.
• Utilize knowledge of Content Management Systems such as Tridion and AEM.
• Employ markup languages including HTML5, CSS3, Javascript, JQuery, and React.
• Create, document, and maintain custom CSS styling libraries and JS reusable components.
• Maintain accessibility by utilizing WCAG Accessibility Guidelines.
• Create and maintain technical and non-technical accessibility documentation.
• Conduct accessibility reviews using Axe devTools, Wave Web Accessibility Evaluation Tool, and manual tests.
• Design methodologies and tools to bridge the gap between graphic design and technical implementation.
• Translate design challenges to code solutions to enhance user experience, usability, and ergonomics of dynamic websites.
• Translate UI/UX design wireframes to code using tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, InVision, and Figma.
• Provide technical advice and implementation by coordinating development team efforts and technical strategy for marketing campaigns.
• Guide on design and code standards, development best practices, ergonomics, user experience, and accessibility.
• Triaging and overseeing developer capacity and resourcing.
• Consult with internal and external agencies on approaches for digital pages.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems, Information Systems, or a foreign equivalent.
• Five (5) years of progressively responsible experience as a Front End Developer or a substantially similar position.
