The Front-End Developer - III position is a contract role based in Irving, TX, offering a hybrid work environment. The primary focus of this role is to create and maintain web and hybrid mobile applications, ensuring a seamless user experience across various platforms. The developer will be responsible for transforming design concepts into dynamic front-end applications, utilizing a range of technologies and frameworks. This position requires collaboration with business stakeholders to gather requirements for both the maintenance of existing websites and the development of new products and features. In this fast-paced Agile environment, the developer will work closely with QA and Development teams to ensure the compatibility and quality of applications. The role demands hands-on development experience with front-end technologies such as AngularJS, Ember, Backbone, node.js, Cordova, and Rails. Additionally, the ability to build cross-device hybrid mobile applications for iOS and Android is considered a plus. Strong skills in web and mobile design are essential, including proficiency in HTML5, CSS, PostCSS, SASS, AJAX, JavaScript, and frameworks like Aurelia.js and React Native. The developer should also have a solid understanding of RESTful web architectures and Services Oriented Architecture, particularly in the context of high-volume, customer-centric web and mobile applications. The ideal candidate will possess strong user interface design skills, usability analysis capabilities, and experience with responsive design patterns. The role requires a minimum of 5 years of development experience, with at least 4 years in a lead developer capacity, and in-depth knowledge of web-based user interface development using AngularJS.
