About the position

The Front-End Developer - III position is a contract role based in Irving, TX, requiring a hybrid work arrangement. The role focuses on creating and maintaining web and hybrid mobile applications, with an emphasis on developing dynamic front-end applications and ensuring compatibility and quality through collaboration with QA and development teams. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in front-end technologies and a strong understanding of user interface design.

Responsibilities

• Creating and maintaining web and hybrid mobile applications.
• Developing dynamic front-end applications from design concept to implementation.
• Writing JavaScript to interact with industry standard libraries for rich client interactions.
• Gathering requirements and input from business stakeholders for website maintenance and new product development.
• Collaborating with QA and Development teams to ensure application compatibility and quality.
• Engaging in front-end development within a fast-paced Agile environment.
• Hands-on development with front-end technologies including AngularJS, Ember, Backbone, node.js, Cordova, and Rails.
• Building cross-device hybrid mobile applications on iOS and Android.

Requirements

• 5+ years of development experience, with 4 or more years as a lead developer.
• In-depth knowledge of web-based user interface development with AngularJS.
• Strong troubleshooting and issue resolution skills.
• Experience with Oracle 11+ database.
• Proficiency in UI development using AngularJS, NgRx, RxJS, TypeScript, Angular Material, ReactJS, Redux, HTML5, JavaScript, JSON, NodeJS, Spring Boot, and Bootstrap.
• Strong user interface design skills and usability analysis.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with backend engine programming in Java, web services, REST, Springs, J2EE, JSP, JDBC.
• Familiarity with GIT, XML/XSD, Cordova, and XCode.
