About the position

We are seeking a talented and experienced Front-End Developer to join our dynamic team. This role involves creating visually appealing and user-friendly web applications, collaborating closely with designers and back-end developers to turn design concepts into functional web interfaces. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in front-end technologies and a passion for optimizing user experiences.

Responsibilities

• Write clean, semantic, and cross-browser compatible HTML and CSS code to translate design mockups into interactive web pages.
• Develop and maintain client-side JavaScript code to enhance user interactivity, including animations, form validations, and dynamic content loading.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to implement responsive and user-friendly interfaces.
• Ensure compatibility of web applications across multiple browsers and platforms, and implement necessary fixes for any compatibility issues that may arise.
• Conduct thorough testing and debugging to identify and resolve issues.
• Use version control systems (e.g., Git) to manage and track changes in the codebase.
• Implement responsive web design principles to ensure websites adapt to various screen sizes.
• Optimize web page performance, including minimizing page load times and optimizing assets for faster rendering.
• Ensure web applications meet accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG).
• Maintain clear and up-to-date documentation of code and development processes.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Minimum of 3 years of front-end development experience with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
• Proficiency in HTML, Vue, Next.js, React, Quasar, Atlas, Tailwind, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Strong understanding of responsive web design principles.
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and code collaboration.
• Knowledge of web performance optimization techniques.
• Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG) is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
