About the position

We are looking for a talented Graphic Designer to join our team at AgentC. This role is essential for creating visually compelling designs for various digital marketing campaigns, contributing to the overall brand identity and marketing effectiveness.

Responsibilities

• Design eye-catching graphics for digital marketing materials including social media posts, website banners, email newsletters, and online advertisements.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements and develop creative concepts that align with brand guidelines.
• Produce high-quality visual content that effectively communicates marketing messages and enhances brand identity.
• Stay updated on design trends and best practices to continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of our digital assets.
• Work closely with the content team to integrate graphics seamlessly with written content for maximum impact.
• Assist in maintaining and organizing a digital asset library to ensure easy access to design resources.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• 6 months to 1 year of professional experience in graphic design, preferably in a digital marketing or advertising agency.
• Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Strong portfolio showcasing creative and visually appealing designs.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Nice-to-haves

• 1 year of front-end development experience (Preferred)
• 1 year of CSS experience (Preferred)
• 1 year of Angular experience (Preferred)
• Ability to relocate to Collinsville, OK 74021 before starting work (Preferred)
