About the position

The Front End Developer position at RADcube involves collaborating with development project teams, UI/UX designers, and business analysts to create and maintain reusable UI components that are accessible, performant, scalable, and robust. The role emphasizes compliance with WCAG 2.1 and ADA standards, ensuring that all development is tested for accessibility. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in React.js and experience with various web technologies.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with development teams, UI/UX designers, and business analysts to develop and maintain reusable UI components.
• Ensure all UI components are accessible, performant, scalable, and robust.
• Test all development for accessibility using Jaws reader and multiple browser plugins.
• Implement responsive design principles in web applications.
• Participate in Agile development processes.

Requirements

• 5 years of experience with React.js.
• 5 years of experience with HTML5 and CSS frameworks.
• 5 years of experience with ADA, WCAG 2.1, and Section 508 compliance policies.
• 3 years of experience with current Java, including relevant IDE tools such as Eclipse/Jboss Developer Studio.
• 2 years of experience programming with JPA framework.
• 2 years of experience programming with current Spring framework.
• 2 years of experience programming with Spring Boot and Spring Data.
• 3 years of experience programming with Java 8+.
• 2 years of experience in an Agile development environment.

Nice-to-haves

• 2 years of experience programming in the JBOSS Enterprise environment.
