About the position

OuterBox is seeking a talented Front End Developer to join their dynamic team. This role focuses on front end development tasks, including developing engaging campaigns, executing SEO remediation strategies, and troubleshooting reported issues. The ideal candidate will work closely with design and SEO teams to ensure efficient project delivery in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Translate campaign plans delivered by the UX team into actionable and effective campaign efforts.
• Execute SEO remediation strategies to enhance website visibility and performance.
• Investigate and troubleshoot reported issues systematically, providing timely resolutions to maintain optimal website functionality.
• Proactively address site speed issues by implementing effective mitigation strategies for an improved user experience.
• Conduct comprehensive quality assurance testing to ensure websites meet high standards of functionality, usability, and performance.
• Execute seamless content migrations, ensuring data integrity and a smooth transition between platforms.
• Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging technologies to enhance integration capabilities.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• 0-2 years experience in a Front End Development role.
• Strong JavaScript skills for dynamic web features.
• Advanced HTML and CSS proficiency for precise web design.
• Ability to work with the DOM for dynamic page changes.
• Knowledge of basic API operations.
• Understanding of Object-Oriented Programming concepts.
• Familiarity with data objects in web development.
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with API, AJAX, and XML for data integration.
• Collaborative and accountable team player.
• Initiative-driven and goal-oriented, with the ability to stay focused in demanding situations.
• Proficient in written, verbal, and visual communication.
