Western Alliance Bank is seeking a passionate, results-driven Front End Full Stack .Net Developer Lead to deliver innovative, industry-leading solutions. This role is designed for a creative, highly-motivated developer lead who can take initiative, has a good sense of urgency, and is comfortable working in a fast-paced, agile environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the front-end delivery of UI/UX and full-stack code coverage for the Trust systems, working both independently and as part of a cohesive team to deliver innovative software solutions to customers and business partners. In this position, you will collaborate closely with peer developers, QA testers, and business partners to deliver high-quality solutions in a timely manner. You will analyze business requirements and translate those requirements into tangible work tasks. Your responsibilities will include architecting, designing, creating, and maintaining the full stack front end (UI/UX) of customer-facing cloud-based applications. You will also collaborate with developers to ensure the technical feasibility of UX designs and participate in the creation of new products and prototypes from scratch. As a lead, you will present and explain design concepts and decisions to the team and stakeholders, develop website and application architectures, and contribute to continuous improvements of the existing product suite. You will conduct code reviews, ensure web products are responsive and optimized for a variety of devices, and proactively identify and fix issues to improve backend service scalability, resiliency, and fault tolerance. Responding to urgent bugs in a timely manner alongside engineers and helping to foster good software engineering practices will also be part of your role. You will follow relevant company procedures and help create and maintain relevant documentation while actively participating in all aspects of the software engineering process.
