About the position

The Front End Lead Developer will support a government program in Hanover, MD, focusing on building and maintaining prototype analytics and tools. This role involves collaborating with a small team to develop software solutions that meet the needs of end-user analysts, ensuring effective documentation and maintenance of developmental efforts.

Responsibilities

• Perform full stack development in the common cryptologic environment.
• Collaborate with a team of 4-5 people to build portions of the product.
• Work with end user analysts to ensure requirements are met.
• Assist users with the tool as necessary.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field plus 11 years of relevant experience.
• Master's degree plus 9 years of relevant experience.
• Associate's degree plus 13 years of relevant experience.
• High School diploma/GED plus 15 years of relevant experience.
• Strong Java skills and experience developing software in Red Hat Linux.
• Experience in full stack development, web frameworks, JavaScript, NoSQL databases, Docker, Kubernetes, and Linux.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with MongoDB
• Familiarity with ReactOS
• Knowledge of microservices architectures
• Experience in data science or machine learning architectures.
