Responsibilities

• Oversee the implementation and optimization of Salesforce Marketing Cloud personalization.
• Lead the technical blueprinting and development of Marketing Cloud personalization, including sitemap development and MCP integrations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and design solutions that leverage MCP capabilities.
• Develop and implement personalized customer journeys using MCP through sitemap development, templates, campaigns, and audience segmentation.
• Stay current with industry trends and advancements in marketing technology.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• 2+ years of Full stack Development experience.
• Experience with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for customizations and integrations.
• 2+ years of experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud Personalization (Interaction Studio) or Evergage.

Nice-to-haves

• Strong understanding of customer journey mapping and segmentation strategies.
• Deep understanding of website personalization and personalized email creation using Marketing Cloud Personalization.
