About the position

Peraton Labs is seeking a Front-End Developer to collaborate with the Network Systems team in building user-friendly applications for various projects. The role involves working closely with team members and customers in a fast-paced environment, requiring creativity, self-sufficiency, and a strong technical background in front-end technologies.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Network Systems team to develop user-friendly applications.
• Work closely with team members and customers to understand project requirements.
• Utilize and grow technical skills in front-end development.
• Manage tasks effectively in a dynamic environment.

Requirements

• Three years of experience in application prototype development.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related discipline, or seven years of experience in lieu of a degree.
• Experience with HTML/CSS/JavaScript and related front-end technologies.
• Familiarity with JavaScript frameworks such as Vue.js, React, or Angular.js.
• Understanding of JavaScript/Typescript syntax and semantics.
• Experience utilizing RESTful API web services in front-end development.
• Basic understanding of NoSQL/SQL languages.
• Active TS/SCI security clearance with a current polygraph.

Nice-to-haves

• Familiarity with Python.
• Ability to quickly learn new technologies.
• Experience with software design, development, testing, verification, and certification.
