About the position

The Front-End UI/UX Software Developer at Credence Management Solutions is responsible for creating engaging software projects that integrate UI/UX design with AI/ML, Data Fusion, Analytics, and Cloud technologies. The role emphasizes user-centric design and data utilization, requiring collaboration with experienced professionals to develop solutions that enhance mission success for government agencies.

Responsibilities

  • Develop engaging software projects that integrate UI/UX design with AI/ML, Data Fusion, Analytics, and Cloud technologies.
  • Create web interfaces using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript that adapt to various screen sizes and devices.
  • Design and develop interactive dashboards to display data, metrics, and insights.
  • Utilize data visualization libraries to create engaging charts and graphs within dashboards.
  • Collaborate with designers, back-end developers, and other team members to ensure seamless integration of web projects.

Requirements

  • US Citizenship is required with the ability to obtain a Federal Security Clearance.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in software development.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for software development, AI/ML, Data Fusion, Analytics, and Cloud technologies.
  • Strong foundation in programming languages such as Java, Python, C++, SQL, etc.
  • Proficient in tools such as Git, JIRA, Jenkins.
  • Strong foundation in cloud platforms and machine learning concepts is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Must be local to the DC Metro for an onsite-work location.

Nice-to-haves

  • Basic knowledge of user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) design principles.
  • Familiarity with JavaScript libraries and frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
  • Basic understanding of version control systems (e.g., Git).
