About the position

As a Front End Web Developer at our innovative Boston startup, you will play a crucial role in creating an elegant and powerful interface for exploring vast amounts of web application performance data. Your primary focus will be on summarizing and visualizing this data, which presents a significant challenge that requires creativity and technical expertise. We are seeking a front-end engineer who is passionate about building clean and user-friendly interfaces using technologies such as Backbone, jQuery, LESS, and HTML5. Additionally, you will be responsible for developing engaging charts and graphs utilizing D3, Protovis, and SVG. In this position, you will have the opportunity to work within a small, agile team dedicated to enhancing end-to-end web application performance monitoring. Your contributions will help us elegantly address the performance-related questions that web developers encounter daily. We value a distributed, agile, and test-driven work environment, and we are looking for someone who shares our enthusiasm for building high-quality software. If you are interested in occasionally digging into the backend, particularly with Python, or if you are eager to develop your backend skills, we welcome that as well. Join us in our mission to create smarter solutions for web performance monitoring!
