About the position

BEMA Information Technologies is seeking a skilled Front-End Web Developer to join their remote team. This role focuses on developing and maintaining responsive, user-friendly websites for a specialized CRM and church management systems. The ideal candidate will have experience with XAML and a passion for both web and mobile development, contributing to a dynamic environment that values work-life balance and personal development.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain responsive, user-friendly front-end websites for church management system.
• Collaborate with designers and back-end developers to create seamless and visually appealing user interfaces.
• Ensure web and mobile applications are optimized for performance, speed, and cross-platform compatibility.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and implement improvements based on user feedback and performance data.

Requirements

• Proficiency in front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (ES6+).
• Experience with front-end frameworks/libraries such as React, Angular, or Vue.
• Strong understanding of responsive web design, cross-browser compatibility, and UI/UX principles.
• Proficiency in XAML for building user interfaces in Xamarin or .NET MAUI applications.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and asynchronous programming.
• Understanding of CSS pre-processors (SASS, LESS) and modern CSS frameworks (Bootstrap, Tailwind).
• Ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
